Turning a Legacy Industrial Website into a SaaS Growth Engine

How do you sell a sophisticated industrial SaaS platform when most visitors don't understand what the product does within the first 30 seconds?

The answer is pretty simple — Turn complexity into clarity. Redesigning Noralta's website and brand around customer outcomes instead of product features, helping operators quickly understand the value of the platform and giving them a direct path to book a demo.

Noralta Technologies provides real-time monitoring and control solutions for oil & gas operations. Their platform helps operators improve site visibility, reduce risk, and manage critical infrastructure from anywhere.

DigiVantrix partnered with Noralta to transform an outdated product-focused website into a modern SaaS experience designed to communicate value, build trust, and drive qualified demo requests.

The Challenge

Noralta's previous website struggled to explain what the company actually did.

Visitors were introduced to product names and technical features before understanding who the solutions were for or why they mattered. The experience felt more like a catalogue than a software platform.

As a result, potential customers often left the site without understanding Noralta's capabilities, creating a heavy reliance on sales conversations to explain what the product actually did.

The challenge wasn't the product. It was making the product understandable.

The Starting Point

A powerful monitoring platform hidden behind an outdated digital experience.

Strategy

Simplifying Complexity Without Losing Credibility

Our objective was to help visitors understand Noralta's value within minutes, not after a sales call.

Instead of organizing the website around internal product categories, we restructured the experience around customer needs, operational challenges, and business outcomes.

The strategy focused on three key principles:

Lead with value before features.
Organize products around real-world use cases.

Create clear pathways to book demos and start conversations.

By shifting the narrative from technical specifications to operational outcomes, we made it easier for prospective customers to immediately see how Noralta could fit into their operations.

Design Direction

The redesign introduced a cleaner SaaS-inspired visual language that prioritized clarity, trust, and product understanding.

We modernized the visual identity using a refreshed green-accent colour system, stronger typography hierarchy, improved content structure, and product-focused storytelling.

The goal wasn't to make the website look trendy.

The goal was to make Noralta look as advanced as the technology it provides.

Solution

Building a Website Designed to Educate and Convert

The redesigned experience was built around helping visitors understand Noralta's solutions faster while creating more opportunities for conversion.

Dedicated product pages were created to clearly explain capabilities, use cases, and business benefits. New conversion pathways were introduced across the website, allowing visitors to book demos directly with the team instead of relying solely on contact forms.

The information architecture was reorganized to support product discovery, while FAQs, support resources, and service information were made easier to access.

Behind the scenes, the website was designed in Figma and developed entirely in Wix Studio, with SEO foundations, automation workflows, and conversion-focused user journeys integrated throughout the experience.

The Outcome

Turning Product Understanding Into Qualified Conversations

The redesigned website transformed Noralta's digital presence from an informational resource into an active sales asset.

Visitors now understand what the platform does, who it serves, and how it creates value before ever speaking to a member of the team.

The result was a significant increase in qualified demo requests and a stronger digital foundation for future growth.

Most importantly, the website now reflects the quality of the product itself.

What was once a collection of disconnected product pages became a clear, conversion-focused experience designed to support both marketing and sales.
